From: Navigating the science policy interface: a co-created mind-map to support early career research contributions to policy-relevant evidence

Micro (individual) outcomes

Macro outcomes

• The role of ECRs in “bringing back” knowledge to their respective institutions

• Diffusion of new ideas and ways of thinking

• Impact on the way that Academia will interact with the science-policy interface in the future

• Creation of a new generation of policy-savvy researchers
